Adustment for any NEW TIRE or retread is as follows;

You will be pleased to know that we carry a less than 1% adjustment rate on all our retreads.

1. Road hazard / damage is not covered.
2. Workmanship and Quality are covered.
3. 100% for the first 25% of wear.
4. Then is pro-rated after that.
5. New tires are the same as above,with the only difference that we have to get it to the manufacture or warehouse for inspection,which then an adjustment can be made.
